We personally meet with our clients’ managing and hiring partners and department heads to gain all relevant information about the organization as a whole, its attorneys, practice areas and client base, history and culture, and short-term and long-term goals in order to locate and attract the right candidates.
We spend an equal amount of time with the candidate to get to know them on a personal level and understand their individual goals and aspirations. We assist him or her in formulating an individualized search strategy based on professional background, practice and experience, personal traits, motivations and goals.

Kirsten Nyhus Nelson, Founder, Director of Recruiting
Kirsten Nyhus Nelson is the Director of Recruiting and founder of Nyne Partners. She received her JD from Creighton University School of Law and practiced corporate and healthcare law until finding her passion and niche in legal networking. Kirsten is a member of the Board of Directors of WithAll, the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Associations and Minnesota Women Lawyers. If she is not working, she is running, shopping, watching sports, enjoying Battle Lake, checking out new restaurants or spending time with her husband, Dan and family.
